Premier Cuts Redo & Refund Policy

We want you to love your hair!

If you have any concerns with your haircut, please

contact us within 3 days

of your service so we can make it right.

We kindly ask that clients allow us the opportunity to adjust or redo the service before requesting a refund.

Refunds will not be issued if concerns are reported after 3 days or if the service is corrected at another salon without notifying Premier Cuts first.

All redo, adjustment, and refund requests are subject to management approval.
